Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s from a recognized university, preferably in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or Statistics.
- A minimum of 2 First Divisions/Class or a GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale (or 4.00 on a 5.00 scale).
- Candidates with a Third Division/Class in their academic qualifications need not apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment and willingness to tackle challenges and work hard for a successful career.
- Applicants should be no older than 30 years as of the application deadline.
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel is required.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will be required to take a written test. Those who are shortlisted will be invited for a viva/interview.
- All selected candidates must sign an undertaking to serve IFIL for at least 3 years.
Responsibilities
Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL), Bangladesh's first Shariah-compliant financial institution, seeks motivated individuals for the Probationary Officer position. Upon successful completion of a 6-month probation period, Probationary Officers will be promoted to the role of Senior Officer.
Compensation & Benefits
- During the probation period, the salary will be Tk. 30,000 per month.
- Upon successful completion of probation, the salary will increase to Tk. 49,097 per month, in line with IFIL’s pay scale.
Work Environment
- Full-time office-based position.
- Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
