Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree. Candidates with a Third Division/Class will not be considered.
Experience:
- At least 18 years in a reputable commercial bank or financial institution.
- A minimum of 2 years in a Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) role or an equivalent position.
Additional Requirements:
- Maximum age of 60 years as of the application deadline.
- Strong expertise in Branch Management, Banking Operations, and Business Development, with proven leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Investment Risk Analysis, Core Risk Management, and recovery processes.
- Established connections for sourcing sustainable deposits and investment customers.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations from regulatory bodies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
