Job Overview:
The Manager - Commercial will play a pivotal role in managing and developing our commercial strategies, ensuring the alignment of our business objectives with market trends. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can cultivate relationships with clients, optimize sales processes, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Sales Management:
- Oversee the sales team, setting targets and ensuring achievement of sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Market Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, expanding the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
Financial Oversight:
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, profitability, and pricing strategies.
Team Leadership:

- Organize training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business goals.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and commercial initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Customer Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably in the textile industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing successful commercial teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
