Breaking the Silence (BTS) is a renowned non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to promoting child protection, gender equality, and community empowerment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the position of Project Support / Finance and Admin Officer for one of our upcoming development projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain all project-related accounts in compliance with organizational and donor (especially USAID) requirements.

Monitor and manage project budgets, financial reporting, and expense tracking.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support project administrative tasks including procurement, logistics, and office management.

Ensure all financial and administrative records are properly maintained and up to date.

Perform regular field visits to oversee financial compliance and provide admin support.

Support external and internal audits.

Use accounting software and tools effectively for financial data entry and analysis.
Educational Qualifications:

Master’s in Accounting, M.Com, MBA, or other relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Finance Officer in a national or international NGO.

Candidates with prior experience working on USAID-funded projects will be given preference.

Experience in financial analysis, bookkeeping, administrative operations, and reporting.

Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla (spoken and written).

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software.

Experience in operating a motorcycle and having a valid motorcycle driving license will be considered a special advantage.
