The Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Manager (Fluid Power) to join our Brisbane team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing our branch’s sales and marketing strategy, aimed at enhancing our service delivery and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and productive work practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of Kempe’s processes.
- Promote Kempe’s service capabilities to existing clients and attract new ones through your network in Brisbane.
- Develop and implement branch-specific sales and marketing plans to expand our client base and service offerings.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the branch.
- Provide technical support for preparing quotations and ensuring brand recognition as a leading supplier of fluid power components and services.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong focus on safety.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the fluid power industry.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License.
